- Ongoing management of your property, ensuring tenancies are maintained on a professional level at all times.
- Professional selection of tenants as well as extensive tenancy and employment checks including national databases TICA & RPDATA checks.
- Preparation of leases using Real Estate Institute documentation.
- Lodgement of bonds at the Rental Bond Board.
- Preparation of a 4 page Inspection Report of your property at the commencement of each tenancy, and ongoing routine inspections.
- Collection of rent and water usage charges from tenants.
- Rental Arrears monitored on a daily basis.
- Regular routine inspections of your property with detailed reports sent to you.
- Assistance with arranging repairs (should any be required). We have established contacts with reliable contractors in the local area to provide top-class service at reasonable prices.
- Payment of regular bills, such as council and water rates, insurance and strata levies.
