Caroline’s professional background spans sales, hospitality, project management, and wellness all of which have shaped her client-focused approach and sharp attention to detail. Her early career in Germany saw her coordinating major corporate events, developing strong organisational and negotiation skills. After moving to Australia, she successfully managed a high end restaurant for almost three years, building her leadership and customer service expertise.
Her passion for property and people naturally led her to real estate. Caroline is excited to bring her energy, professionalism, and commitment to excellence to her sales role. She thrives on helping clients navigate what is often one of the most important decisions of their lives, buying or selling a home, and she does so with genuine care, empathy, and clear communication.
Currently studying for her MBA specialising in Project Management Caroline is constantly expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients and grow within the industry.
